Provide outpatient psychiatric care via telehealth for adults with common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. The role includes comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, medication management, and brief psychotherapy as needed. Clinicians work with strong operational and peer support in a tech-enabled model that emphasizes evidence-based care, clinical autonomy, and responsible prescribing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Provide outpatient telehealth care for patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
- Create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy.
- Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices, including safeguards for controlled substances.
- Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
- Use telehealth, EHR, e-prescribing, and AI-enabled tools to support care delivery.
- Coordinate with operational support teams for scheduling, insurance verification, billing, prior authorizations, pharmacy coordination, and credentialing.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
- Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
