Provide outpatient telepsychiatry for adults with common psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. This role centers on comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and brief psychotherapy in a fully remote setting. Clinicians work within an evidence-based, tech-enabled practice with substantial administrative support and collaboration with other psychiatrists.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including psychiatric history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Provide medication management and brief psychotherapy as part of individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related outpatient mental health conditions.
- Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices, including controlled-substance safeguards.
- Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
- Use telehealth platforms, EHR systems, e-prescribing, and AI-enabled tools to support care delivery.
- Coordinate with operational support teams for scheduling, insurance verification, billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy coordination.
Required
- MD or DO degree with active psychiatric practice.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
- Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

- Experience practicing telepsychiatry or delivering outpatient psychiatric care.
- Experience working in an evidence-based, high-autonomy clinical model.
