Provide outpatient telehealth psychiatric care for adults with common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. The role centers on comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and brief psychotherapy, with support from psychiatrists and clinical peers. Clinicians work within an evidence-based, technology-enabled practice model that emphasizes patient-centered care, responsible prescribing, and strong operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Provide medication management and brief psychotherapy as part of individualized treatment plans.
- Manage outpatient telehealth visits for patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
- Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices, including safeguards for controlled substances.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consults and case reviews.
- Use EHR, e-prescribing, and other technology tools to support remote care delivery.
- Coordinate with operational support teams for scheduling, insurance, billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy-related tasks.
Required
- Active, unrestricted authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
- Ability to provide care remotely and use electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care.
