Provide telehealth psychiatric care for adolescents and adults with common outpatient mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. The role centers on comprehensive psychiatric assessment, medication management, brief psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatment planning. Clinicians work with clinical autonomy while consulting with psychiatrists and peers, supported by strong operational, documentation, and prescribing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental health history, medical history, diagnostic assessment, and risk review.
- Provide outpatient telehealth care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
- Create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy.
- Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices, including safeguards for controlled substances.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consults and case reviews.
- Use EHR, e-prescribing, and other technology tools to deliver remote care efficiently.
- Coordinate care within an operationally supported model that includes scheduling, billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy coordination.
Required
- Active, unrestricted authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
- Experience or comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

- Prior experience providing telepsychiatry or virtual outpatient mental health care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in a collaborative model with psychiatrist support and peer case review.
