The clinician supports safety, quality, compliance, and protocol standardization while participating in virtual meetings and quarterly clinic site visits. The role combines hands-on clinic engagement with leadership across Florida locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and support to aesthetic treatment teams.
- Implement protocols and help standardize care across clinics.
- Coordinate with executive leadership, including the Chief Medical Officer.
- Conduct quarterly clinic site visits and participate in virtual meetings.
- Support safety, quality improvement, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Maintain communication with regulatory agencies and the broader medical community.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon or dermatologist.
- Must reside in Florida.
Preferred
- Experience in aesthetic medicine or minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.
- Experience with clinical oversight, compliance, or protocol development.
- Ability to support Mandarin-speaking patients or teams.
