Provide high-level clinical consulting for rehabilitation medicine by reviewing AI-generated diagnostic and treatment recommendations, validating complex PM&R case reasoning, and identifying safety concerns. The work includes expert input on functional assessment and EMG interpretation, with opportunities to advise on clinical decision support tools for rehabilitation care. This is a flexible, project-based remote engagement for U.S.-based clinicians at multiple career stages, including attendings, fellows, and senior residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies for alignment with PM&R clinical standards.
- Validate complex rehabilitation case presentations and functional assessments.
- Interpret EMG-related clinical reasoning and provide expert ground truth.
- Identify inaccuracies, hallucinations, and safety risks in AI outputs.
- Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for rehabilitation care.
- Provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.
Required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR).
- Senior resident or fellow in PM&R at PGY-2 level or above.
- At least 2 years of postgraduate clinical training.
- U.S.-based clinician.
Preferred
- Experience with high-complexity rehabilitation cases.
- Familiarity with EMG interpretation.
- Experience providing clinical feedback in a technical or consulting setting.
