Provide expert internal medicine review of AI-generated diagnostic and treatment reasoning, with a focus on validating complex cases and identifying potential safety issues or clinical inaccuracies. The work is project-based and remote, with a consulting role that supports the development of clinical decision support tools and other frontier AI systems. Clinicians at multiple career stages may participate, including board-certified attendings, fellows, and senior residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies for alignment with internal medicine standards.
- Validate complex case presentations and provide expert clinical ground truth.
- Identify clinical inaccuracies, hallucinations, and potential safety risks in AI outputs.
- Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools.
- Provide concise, technical feedback on complex internal medicine cases.
Required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM), or currently training as a senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above).
- At least 2 years of postgraduate clinical training.
- Based in the United States.
