Provide senior-level cardiovascular consulting by reviewing and refining AI-generated diagnostic and treatment recommendations, with a focus on complex cardiology cases, ECG interpretation, and cardiac imaging. The work centers on validating clinical reasoning, identifying safety issues, and helping improve medical AI tools used for cardiovascular decision support. This is a flexible, fully remote role for experienced U.S.-based cardiologists who can deliver concise technical feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies for alignment with ACC/AHA standards.
- Validate complex cardiovascular case presentations, including ECG interpretation and imaging review.
- Identify clinical inaccuracies, hallucinations, and triage risks in AI outputs.
- Provide expert input on cardiovascular clinical reasoning and ground-truth case analysis.
- Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools.
- Deliver concise, technical feedback on intricate clinical cases.
Required
- Active U.S. Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease.
- At least 5 years of post-fellowship clinical practice.
- Based in the United States.
- Strong ability to communicate technical feedback on complex cases.
Preferred
- Experience with AI-enabled clinical decision support or medical technology projects.
- Comfort reviewing advanced cardiovascular imaging datasets, including echo, CTA, and cardiac MRI.
