Provide high-level hematology consulting for an AI safety and validation workflow, reviewing complex diagnostic and treatment reasoning, peripheral smear interpretations, and coagulation-related cases. The work is fully remote and project-based, with a focus on identifying clinical inaccuracies and refining AI-generated recommendations for hematologic care. Clinicians also advise on clinical decision support tools and help align outputs with hematology standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies for hematology cases.
- Validate complex hematologic presentations, peripheral smear findings, and coagulation studies.
- Identify clinical errors, hallucinations, and safety concerns in AI outputs.
- Provide concise technical feedback on nuanced clinical reasoning.
- Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools.
- Support quality and safety checks for hematology-related triage and decision-making.
Required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology (ABIM).
- Current senior resident, fellow, or attending physician in hematology-related training or practice.
- At least 2 years of postgraduate clinical training.
- Based in the United States.
- Ability to communicate clearly and technically about complex clinical cases.
Preferred
- Experience as a board-certified attending hematologist.
- Experience with complex hematologic case review or subspecialty consulting.
- Familiarity with clinical AI, decision support, or medical model evaluation workflows.
