Provide expert clinical consulting on epilepsy cases by reviewing AI-generated diagnostic and treatment reasoning, with a focus on complex seizure presentations, EEG interpretation, and safety-sensitive triage decisions. This role is centered on validating, refining, and auditing frontier AI outputs rather than direct patient care. It is fully remote and project-based, with flexible hours that can fit around clinical practice or training.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies for epilepsy cases.
- Validate complex clinical reasoning against AAN/AES standards.
- Assess intricate epilepsy presentations, including seizure semiology and EEG interpretation.
- Identify clinical inaccuracies, hallucinations, and safety risks in AI outputs.
- Advise on clinical decision support tool development for epilepsy care.
- Provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.
Required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Epilepsy (ABPN).
- Current senior resident or fellow in epilepsy training at PGY-2 or above.
- At least 2 years of postgraduate clinical training.
- Based in the United States.
Preferred
- Established attending experience in epilepsy care.
- Prior experience working with complex epilepsy cases.
