Provide high-level clinical consulting for emergency medicine cases by reviewing AI-generated diagnostic and treatment reasoning, validating complex acute presentations, and helping improve triage and safety outputs. The work is focused on expert-level audit and refinement of frontier AI clinical decision support, with an emphasis on identifying inaccuracies and strengthening alignment with emergency medicine standards. This is a flexible, fully remote engagement that uses concise technical feedback on challenging cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies for emergency medicine cases.
- Validate complex acute care and triage decisions using clinical expertise.
- Identify clinical errors, unsafe recommendations, or hallucinations in AI outputs.
- Provide concise technical feedback on intricate case presentations.
- Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for acute and emergency care.
- Refine model reasoning to better align with emergency medicine standards.
Required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), or a current senior resident/fellow in Emergency Medicine (PGY-2 or above).
- At least 2 years of postgraduate clinical training.
- Based in the United States.
