Review hospice charts and documentation on a part-time contract basis, with a focus on recertification, quality assurance, and chart audits. Work is remote and intended to fit flexible U.S. hours, with a few hours per week to start and potential growth as client volume increases.
Key Responsibilities
- Review hospice patient charts for documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Assess recertification documentation for compliance and clinical support.
- Perform QA-focused chart audits to identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Work independently on remote documentation review assignments.
- Coordinate with the documentation review team as client needs grow.
Required
- Active U.S. RN license.
- Hospice experience in recertification, quality assurance, or chart audits.
- Ability to work on a part-time contract basis.
