Provide remote nursing instruction and mentoring to new graduates preparing for the NCLEX exam. This role focuses on engaging students in an established curriculum and supporting their learning through classroom-style teaching, presentation, and learner development. It is a PRN, seasonal position with weekday availability required and paid training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate NCLEX-focused learning and student development for nursing graduates
- Conduct engaging instructional sessions using Kaplan’s methodology and strategies
- Maintain active classroom management and a positive student experience
- Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and instructional meetings as required
- Use established curriculum and teaching materials to support instruction
- Support students through presentation, mentoring, and ongoing educational guidance
Required
- MSN or BSN with a master’s degree
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Weekday availability

- Previous teaching or training experience
- Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and leadership skills
