Provide telemedicine psychiatric care for patients being evaluated for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, including intake, follow-up, prescribing, and outcome monitoring for anxiety and depression. The role also includes adjusting treatment plans based on response, working closely with psychotherapists, and supporting a streamlined remote care workflow in a fast-paced startup setting. Training and mentorship in KAP are provided, with collaboration across the clinical leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telemedicine intake and follow-up consultations to assess KAP eligibility.
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient outcomes over time.
- Suggest treatment plan changes based on medication response and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with member psychotherapists to coordinate care.
- Work with a care coordinator to streamline workflow and patient management.
- Provide timely feedback on the care management system to support service improvement.
- Collaborate with the lead clinician, leadership team, and co-founders on clinical care.
Required
- Active license to practice in one or more states listed in the posting.
- DEA registration.
- Experience or comfort prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate.
- Comfort prescribing for anxiety and depression.
- Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric information to make evidence-based recommendations.
- PMHNP credential implied by the role title.

- Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
- Experience working in telehealth or a fast-paced startup environment.
