Provide medical oversight for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in a collaborative, patient-centered model that supports licensed psychotherapists delivering psychotherapy. Review patient eligibility, treatment plans, and outcome monitoring for adults receiving psychedelic-assisted mental health care, with a focus on safe and effective use of frontier treatments. This role is part of a tech-enabled clinical platform that expands access to KAP and supports a multidisciplinary care workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical direction and collaboration for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy care plans.
- Review patient eligibility for treatment and help determine appropriate clinical candidacy.
- Monitor treatment plans and patient outcomes across the course of care.
- Collaborate with licensed psychotherapists who provide the psychotherapy component of care.
- Support safe, effective delivery of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy within a structured platform.
- Participate in a multidisciplinary care model focused on clinical outcomes and patient safety.
Required
- Medical degree (MD or DO).
- Active Georgia medical license or eligibility to practice in Georgia.
- Experience or training relevant to medical oversight of psychotherapy-based mental health treatment.
Preferred
- Experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy or other psychedelic-assisted treatments.
- Interest in collaborative care models and frontier mental health treatments.
- Background working with psychotherapists or multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.
