Review and evaluate AI-generated healthcare conversations for professionalism, empathy, clinical accuracy, and patient safety. This role focuses on giving detailed feedback to help improve how the AI agents communicate across healthcare interactions. It is a remote, part-time contract position with flexible, project-based hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Review healthcare conversations for professionalism, empathy, accuracy, and clinical safety.
- Provide feedback on conversation quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess how AI agents communicate with patients and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Support ongoing refinement of agent capabilities through detailed evaluation.
- Work with evolving technology in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required
- Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or similar clinical background.
- At least 2 years of bedside clinical experience.
- Experience in the specialties of focus if applying as a senior resident, fellow, or advanced practice provider.
Preferred
- Interest in healthcare technology and improving patient care through AI.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing tools and workflows.
- Detail-oriented approach to clinical review and feedback.
