Provide virtual comprehensive care for patients of all ages across a broad range of acute and primary care conditions. This role centers on urgent care and primary care workflows, with close collaboration with provider and support teams and physician supervision where required. It is suited for an experienced clinician comfortable working in a high-volume setting and practicing remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual visits for patients across the lifespan with a wide range of urgent care and primary care needs.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage common acute and primary care conditions in a telehealth setting.
- Collaborate with provider and support teams to coordinate care and resolve patient needs efficiently.
- Document clinical encounters and support quality care delivery within a high-volume workflow.
- Work under physician supervision in states that require collaborative agreement.
Required
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner.
- At least 3 years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
- Ability to provide virtual care.
- Eligibility to practice in a state not excluded by the employer.
Preferred
- Experience with telehealth or virtual care delivery.
- Background working across both urgent care and primary care settings.
- Experience collaborating in physician-supervised or collaborative practice environments.
