Provide virtual comprehensive care for patients of all ages across a broad range of acute and general conditions, with an emphasis on urgent care and primary care needs. This role is best suited to an experienced nurse practitioner who can manage high-volume visits and work collaboratively with provider and support teams in a telehealth setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual visits for patients of all ages with a wide range of conditions.
- Provide comprehensive urgent care and primary care evaluation and treatment.
- Coordinate care with provider and support teams.
- Use telehealth workflows to deliver accessible, quality-focused care.
Required
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Active Arizona RN compact license.
- Licensure in multiple states.
- At least 3 years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
Preferred
- Five or more active state licenses.
