Provide virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with a focus on urgent care and primary care presentations across a broad range of conditions. This role suits a nurse practitioner with broad clinical experience who can manage diverse concerns in a telehealth setting and collaborate closely with provider and support teams. It is best aligned with clinicians who are licensed in multiple states and have experience in high-volume outpatient or urgent care workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual visits for patients of all ages with urgent care and primary care needs.
- Assess and manage a broad range of acute and common medical conditions.
- Coordinate care with provider and support teams to support patient access and quality.
- Use telehealth workflows to deliver comprehensive remote clinical care.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up needs for virtual encounters.
Required
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Active RN compact license.
- Licensure in multiple states.
- At least 3 years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
Preferred
- Five or more active state licenses.
