Provide video-based telemedicine visits for men with hypogonadism and other hormone-related concerns, with a primary focus on hormone optimization, testosterone management, and individualized treatment planning. The role also extends to reviewing labs, prescribing and titrating medications, and educating patients on safe use of hormone therapies, supplements, and lifestyle changes. Physicians with experience in weight-loss, thyroid, or women’s hormone therapy may also support additional patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video consultations for patients seeking hormone optimization and men’s health care.
- Review laboratory results and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and titrate hormone-related medications based on clinical findings.
- Educate patients on safe, effective hormone therapy, supplements, and lifestyle changes.
- Provide feedback to help improve the patient experience and telemedicine workflows.
- Work within AUA-defined protocols and a tech-enabled telemedicine platform.
Required
- MD or DO with an active medical license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Endocrinology, Urology, Family Medicine, or Hormone Therapy.
- DEA license with authority to prescribe Schedule III medications.
- Experience treating hypogonadism and prescribing testosterone or other hormone therapies.
- Availability for at least 8 hours per week.
Preferred
- Multi-state medical licenses.
- Experience with weight-loss medications.
- Experience with thyroid medications.
- Experience with women’s hormone therapy.
- Comfort using telemedicine tools and learning proprietary workflows.
