This physician provides longitudinal, preventive longevity care for a highly engaged panel of members through virtual consultations, with a focus on advanced biomarker review, diagnostics, imaging, and wearable data. Care is highly personalized and centered on optimizing health, performance, and long-term risk reduction through ongoing follow-up and monitoring. The role also includes shaping clinical workflows and care pathways by sharing real-world feedback with clinical, product, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual longevity consultations with an engaged patient cohort.
- Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearable data to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing follow-up and monitoring to proactively optimize health, performance, and longevity.
- Translate complex medical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for patients.
- Coordinate with the Care Coordination team to help resolve patient inquiries in a timely manner.
- Share feedback with Clinical Operations, Product, and Medical Leadership to improve the member journey and physician workflows.
- Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to refine clinical protocols, care pathways, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging diagnostics, therapeutics, wearables, and longevity technologies for clinical relevance.
Required
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine, or another relevant specialty.
- At least 7 years of experience in lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, executive, or longevity-focused medicine.
Preferred
- Current licensure in California or New York.
- Experience working in preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, executive, or longevity medicine.
- Experience collaborating closely with operations or cross-functional teams.
