Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient medical questions and concerns related to medication abortion care.
- Provide remote triage and clinical assessment for patients in a telehealth setting.
- Deliver patient-specific nursing guidance and evidence-based education.
- Support patients with culturally responsive, judgment-free communication.
- Coordinate with the in-house clinical care team as needed to support patient care.
- Use trauma-informed care practices when assessing and advising patients.
Required
- Active Registered Nurse licensure.
- Experience or interest in reproductive health, abortion care, or telehealth nursing.
- Commitment to patient-centered, trauma-informed care.
Preferred
- Experience supporting medication abortion patients.

- Prior remote or telemedicine nursing experience.
