Serve in a strategic advisory role supporting a physician-backed healthcare venture platform focused on startups, investment themes, founder support, and ecosystem growth. The work centers on guidance rather than direct patient care, with input drawn from clinical, operational, investing, or entrepreneurship experience. This is a flexible remote opportunity with periodic board-related discussions and light time commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision.
- Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy.
- Contribute leadership insight across clinical care, healthcare operations, digital health, biotech, medical devices, pharma, payer/provider strategy, healthcare AI, investing, or entrepreneurship.
- Support the organization through introductions, perspective, and expertise that strengthen the ecosystem and portfolio support.
- Participate in periodic board-related discussions and contribute thoughtful recommendations.
Required
- Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, startups, healthcare operations, digital health, medical devices, biotech, pharma, healthcare AI, or related fields.
- Ability to commit approximately 2–4 hours per month to advisory activities.
Preferred
- Senior leadership, board, advisory, investing, entrepreneurial, clinical, executive, or operating experience.
- Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, startup, clinical, hospital, payer, provider, pharma, biotech, health technology, or innovation ecosystems.
- Experience supporting healthcare startups or social impact initiatives.
