What You’ll Do:
100% remote telehealth role — deliver new patient consults and follow-up visits via secure video.
Own patient follow-up — proactively check in as needed, and order breast imaging and genetic testing when clinically appropriate. Counsel patients as needed based on risk and results .
Practice with autonomy in a team-based model — operate as an independent provider while collaborating with physicians and clinical partners when escalation or specialty input is needed.
Execute with clinical excellence in a startup environment — follow evidence-based protocols, maintain meticulous documentation, and help improve workflows as we scale.
Stay current and compliant — complete required onboarding and ongoing training, and consistently adhere to clinical guidelines, QA standards, and company policies.
Contract-to-hire opportunity — open to starting as a contractor (at least 20 hours/week), with the potential to transition to full-time after ~3 months based on mutual fit and business needs.
