Folio is supporting recruitment efforts for a partner company: AI-native clinic transforming wearable data into precision medicine.
The role
You'll own the non-clinical and logistical side of patient care, making the experience seamless for users of our AI-enabled service.
Onboarding & logistics
Own end-to-end logistics for diagnostic tools (e.g. Home Sleep Tests): address verification, vendor orders, shipment tracking, receipt confirmation.
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and admin coordination across telemedicine and in-person visits.
Workflow coordination & triage
Serve as the primary non-clinical point of contact for inbound patient messages and calls.
Triage effectively — escalate anything clinical to licensed providers; handle admin inquiries using pre-approved non-clinical playbooks.
Operational & financial support
Coordinate prior authorizations and DME requirements.
Field patient questions on services, insurance, and billing.
Systems & process
Work in the EMR and internal tooling for documentation, registration, and coordination.
Partner with clinical, ops, and engineering to keep improving non-clinical workflows.
Requirements
6 months – 2 years in care coordination or patient ops.
Want to build differently than a traditional clinic and bring your own ideas.
Comfortable in ambiguity; you turn mess into clean workflows.
Detail-oriented, process-improving by instinct.
Genuinely tech-native — you've used AI tools or a wearable to improve something in your own life.
Strong communicator and organizer.
Nice to have
Sleep medicine, wearables, or RPM logistics experience; high-volume patient flow; startup pace.
Why join
Ownership — design, test, and document the workflows that let the clinic scale.
Autonomy — ship end-to-end improvements, not just tickets.
Team — small, international, working directly with the people building the product and running the clinic.
