We're assembling a small council of practicing physicians to help us build useful tools for their community. Folio is a flexible work marketplace for licensed healthcare professionals — covering telehealth, locum tenens, consulting, advisory roles, AI training, and other non-clinical work.
You will help shape Folio's product direction, get an early look at what we're building, and be the first to access new opportunities on the platform. Council members connect with us on a flexible schedule, review work in progress, and tell us honestly what's useful and what isn't.
What this is

Specifically, council members:
Give async guidance and feedback on product concepts, workflows, and copy (short surveys, Loom walkthroughs, or written prompts)
Support partnerships with companies seeking to hire clinicians - $200 bonus per hired clinician
Participate in paid interview series about recent news in medicine - AI, GLPs, Medicare, etc.
Who we're looking for
Actively practicing physicians (any specialty)
Opinions on what's broken in how physicians find and take on flexible work
Willing to be direct — including when we're wrong
