Small panel, five-star hospitality bar, prevention-oriented. Note: This is a full time, in-person role in the Brentwood area. Your interview process will include an in-person interview with the team at their clinic.
Comp: $130K–$190K

Must-haves:
Active CA NP or PA license
4–7+ years clinical experience (NP or PA)
Westside LA commute
After-hours availability for patient communication/triage
Preferred background: Women's health, primary care, family medicine, or concierge/executive health.
What the job actually is (four buckets, roughly equal weight):
Physician support — independent visits for urgent/follow-up, assisting on exams and in-office procedures, ordering labs/imaging/referrals, results review, refills.
Care coordination — owning the "did the plan actually happen" layer: referrals placed, imaging scheduled and read, outstanding items tracked to closure.
Clinical inbox triage — first-pass reviewer for patient messages: answer routine, triage urgent, escalate complex.
Clinic ops + patient experience — workflow prioritization with MAs, visit prep, and the concierge-standard relational side (empathy, discretion, proactive follow-up).
Optional procedural scope (experience-dependent): phlebotomy, peripheral IVs, endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion/removal.
