About the Project
We’re assembling a panel of clinical and health science experts to author advanced clinical reasoning questions. Your work will test the limits of expert-level judgment in your field and help set a higher standard for how clinical knowledge is evaluated.
Who We’re Looking For
Licensed physicians in Anesthesiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Dermatology, OB/GYN, Pathology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Radiation Oncology, Radiology, or Urology. Clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD). Pharmacists or pharmacologists (PharmD/PhD). Public health experts (MPH or epidemiology background).
What You’ll Do
Write difficult clinical reasoning questions drawn from real-world expertise. Provide a clear, authoritative expert answer for each question. Build a short grading rubric that separates strong reasoning from weak reasoning.
What You Bring
An active license or terminal degree in your field. Deep familiarity with the hard cases, edge cases, and judgment calls of your discipline. Precise, structured writing. Comfort working independently against a defined standard.
