As an annotator, you will demonstrate realistic clinical and administrative workflows in simulated software environments to help train healthcare AI models. You will work directly within replica systems of leading electronic health record (EHR) and healthcare software applications — no PHI or patient data will be utilized. The role is fully remote, making it an ideal fit for clinicians and administrative staff looking for flexible, flexible part-time work.
What you'll do
Demonstrate authentic user workflows and processes in sandbox replica environments of major healthcare software applications.
Provide clinical or administrative expertise across specific software systems including Epic, MyChart, Cerner, MEDITECH, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, MDLand iClinic, Availity, CoverMyMeds, 3M Codefinder, or RightFax.
Perform annotations of workflows according to project specifications and quality control guidelines.
Qualifications
Professional experience in an administrative or allied health capacity. This can include, but is not limited to, medical coders, care coordinators, technicians, administrative staff.
Multiple years of direct, practical experience using at least one of the targeted healthcare software applications in a live setting.
Must provide an up-to-date resume and verify current employer and title.
Preferred background
Experience using multiple healthcare applications or EHR systems.
Strong attention to detail and familiarity with standard EHR user navigation.
Compensation
Hourly rate paid based on tracked annotation work.
Paid on a 1099 contract.
Approximately 10 hours/week on alternating "on" and "off" weeks over a 2 to 4-week period.
