Work within a 50-state remote clinician network that includes strong care coordination, patient support, and technology infrastructure, alongside physician, nurse, and genetic counselor colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth consultations for patients using a diagnostic-driven care model.
- Provide clinical guidance informed by biomarker and diagnostic testing results.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, registered nurses, and genetic counselors.
- Support patient access to testing, treatment, and related care interventions.
- Use virtual care workflows and technology-enabled tools to deliver remote patient care.
- Participate in care coordination and patient support processes.
Required
- Board-certified physician.
- Active licensure in multiple states.
- Experience or comfort providing telehealth care.
