Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for fundamental patient care tasks within a broader clinical care setting.
- Use telehealth workflows to help patients access diagnostic testing and related clinical services.
- Coordinate with a national clinician network serving patients across all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
- Assist with care processes that promote early detection and prevention of disease.
- Support clinical validity, utility, and patient education around diagnostic testing.
- Participate in a virtual care model that integrates advanced diagnostics and patient engagement.
Required
- Active RN licensure.
- Experience or training relevant to clinical patient care support.
- Ability to work within a telehealth or virtual care environment.
Preferred
- Prior telehealth experience.
- Experience with diagnostic testing workflows or patient education.
- Comfort working flexible day, evening, weekend, or PRN shifts.
