Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth consultations and provide patient-facing clinical guidance.
- Provide education on diagnostic testing, results, and appropriate next steps in care.
- Support treatment-related decisions and related care interventions within the telehealth workflow.
- Coordinate with physicians, genetic counselors, nurses, and patient support teams as needed.
- Use clinical protocols and technology-enabled tools to deliver diagnostic-driven care.
Required
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience providing patient care in a clinical setting.
