This contractor role focuses on educating an interdisciplinary virtual care team on best practices, documentation standards, and evolving clinical workflows, while reviewing telehealth consults for quality, consistency, and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical quality reviews of telehealth consults and related documentation.
- Provide education to physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and medical assistants on documentation standards and best practices.
- Support evolving clinical workflows across the care delivery ecosystem.
- Promote consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance in consults and charting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary provider network to improve clinical documentation quality.
Required
- Current clinical experience as a nurse or similar licensed clinician.
- Experience reviewing clinical documentation and/or telehealth consults.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience supporting or educating healthcare providers.
Preferred
- Experience working in telehealth or virtual care.
- Experience in quality assurance or clinical documentation review.
