Provide nationwide telehealth visits for patients seeking hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and peptide-based treatment, with async follow-up and ongoing panel management. Review advanced labs, interpret biomarkers, and create individualized protocols that include bioidentical hormones, GLP-1s, and peptides. Work closely with the medical director on protocol development and help shape clinical standards in a small, growing virtual practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video visits for patients across the U.S. for HRT, weight loss, and peptide therapy.
- Review lab panels and interpret biomarkers to guide treatment planning.
- Provide individualized prescribing and management of bioidentical hormones, GLP-1s, and peptides.
- Manage ongoing patient panels through titration, lab monitoring, and messaging follow-up.
- Coordinate care and clinical protocols with the medical director.
- Use telehealth workflows to support async follow-up and longitudinal care.
- Participate in setting clinical standards as the practice expands.
Required
- Active, unrestricted NP licenses in 30 or more U.S. states.
- Active DEA registration.
- National board certification as an FNP, AGNP, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HRT, medical weight loss, and/or peptide therapy.
Preferred
- Functional or integrative medicine training such as IFM, A4M, or similar.
- High-volume telehealth experience.
- Experience with compounded medications and peptide protocols.
