Review recorded treatment sessions for patients with eating disorders and rate provider adherence to manualized therapies, including FBT, CBT-E, and CBT-AR. The work focuses on assessing therapists, mentors, and dietitians in a virtual eating disorder program and summarizing strengths and areas for growth for clinical supervision. This role also involves partnering with clinical training and evaluation teams to support calibration, provider feedback, and ongoing improvement of fidelity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Review video recordings of treatment sessions for fidelity to manualized eating disorder protocols.
- Rate adherence to treatment standards and document findings in rating logs.
- Summarize key session excerpts for clinical supervisors, including strengths and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the Treatment Evaluation Manager to identify provider trends and training needs.
- Participate in weekly calibration, individual, and team meetings to align on evaluation standards.
- Contribute to updates of evaluation rubrics, codebooks, and internal process improvements.
Required
- Professional degree in mental health, such as a PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, MSW, or master’s in counseling.
- Familiarity with evidence-based eating disorder treatment.
- Experience with manualized treatment delivery, video review, or fidelity evaluation.
Preferred
- Experience with FBT, CBT-E, CBT-AR, or other eating disorder treatment delivery.
- 3+ years of experience treating patients using manualized treatments.
- Familiarity with clinical research methods.
- Prior experience rating fidelity.
- Experience with supervision or video review.
