Provide individual teletherapy to students ages 11-24 with mild-to-moderate mental health concerns, using a school-based, remote care model. The role centers on supporting youth and their families through evidence-based therapy and psychoeducation in a largely school-connected setting. Clinicians also collaborate with schools, caregivers, and community partners, with administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11-24.
- Support treatment for mild-to-moderate mental health conditions in a school-based context.
- Build trusted relationships with students and families.
- Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with schools and community partners to support student success.
- Use telehealth workflows to deliver care remotely and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate with administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
Required
- Hold active California licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Have experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings.
- Have strong telehealth skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Demonstrate commitment to culturally responsive care and equity.
- Be available at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours for 1099 contractor work.
Preferred
- Have prior experience providing school-based mental health care.
- Have prior experience working with students or adolescents in teletherapy.
- Speak more than one language.
