Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students ages 11-24 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs, with an emphasis on individual therapy and family-supported care. The role centers on building trusted relationships with youth and caregivers while delivering care through a fully remote model. You may also support psychoeducation for parents and caregivers as part of treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual teletherapy sessions for adolescents and young adults with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
- Build therapeutic relationships with students and their families.
- Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers.
- Develop treatment plans and use evidence-based clinical approaches.
- Work within a school-connected care model that includes consistent referrals and scheduling support.
- Coordinate care in collaboration with a supportive clinical community and peer consultation network.
- Maintain documentation and participate in billing, credentialing, and scheduling workflows as needed.
Required
- Current California licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Experience with diagnosis and treatment planning in clinical or school settings.
- Ability to provide care via telehealth with reliable high-speed internet access.
- Commitment to culturally responsive, equity-focused care.
Preferred
- Experience working with youth and families.
- Prior telehealth experience.
- Bilingual skills.
- Cross-licensure in additional states.
