Description

In this telework-based consulting role, the clinician reviews reproductive endocrinology and infertility cases by examining medical records, preparing clinical summaries, and answering client questions. The work is advisory only and does not involve direct patient treatment or a doctor-patient relationship. Cases are supported by a streamlined workflow with organized records, guideline references, and ongoing administrative and training support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review medical records for reproductive endocrinology and infertility cases.
  • Provide clinical summaries and written determinations based on the record.
  • Respond to specific questions posed by clients and participate in peer communications.
  • Evaluate cases using relevant treatment guidelines and supporting documentation.
  • Use the online work portal to complete reviews and manage case workflow.
  • Maintain timely, quality-focused completion of advisory reports.
Required
  • Board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility.
  • Current, unrestricted Indiana medical license.
  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience.
  • Ability to attend required orientation and training.
  • Ability to maintain required credentialing, licenses, and certifications.
Preferred
  • Prior experience with medical record review or utilization review.
  • Experience with advisory-only or independent contractor work.
