This role focuses on coordinating physician block time for independent medical exam services, with an emphasis on building and maintaining a provider panel to meet referral demand. Day to day, it involves reviewing referral volume, aligning scheduling capacity with client turnaround needs, and supporting onboarding and fee negotiations with physicians. The position also works across operations, sales, and marketing to keep exam locations, provider information, and scheduling resources up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate referral volume to determine block time needs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Managing Directors, and Operations to align scheduling capacity and turnaround requirements.
- Negotiate physician agreement terms and fees within established guidelines.
- Recruit, onboard, and support physicians for block-time IME exam services and regional coverage.
- Maintain physician profiles, exam locations, doctor groups, and panel status updates.
- Secure examination facilities and track travel-related clinician costs when needed.
- Monitor scheduling boards and block time calendars to support throughput.
- Collaborate with marketing to distribute provider bios and scheduling collateral.
Required
- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to manage long periods of sitting and computer-based work.
- Ability to perform any required travel, lifting, or bending related to the role.
- Maintain a reliable uninterrupted internet connection for work-from-home duties.
