A board-certified toxicologist reviews prepared medical records and provides advisory-only opinions on a claimant’s current condition, future medical needs, and other clinical questions related to claims management. This is a fully remote, record-review-only role with no face-to-face claimant interaction or treatment responsibilities. Work is flexible, case-based, and completed through a streamlined online workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of prepared medical records.
- Provide expert, advisory-only opinions on current condition and potential future medical needs.
- Respond to clinical questions supporting claims management and utilization review.
- Deliver clear, well-supported written reports within the expected turnaround time.
- Use a user-friendly online portal to manage assigned cases.
- Participate in independent medical record review work without direct patient care.
Required
- Board certification in the relevant specialty.
- Experience as a toxicologist.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.

- Prior experience with medical record reviews.
- Prior experience with IMEs.
- Prior experience with peer reviews.
