Conduct telework-based disability peer reviews for claimants, evaluating medical records and providing advisory opinions rather than direct patient care or treatment. The work is record-based and can be completed from home, with flexible scheduling and case selection. Support is provided through a streamlined case flow, organized records, and training for the review process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct disability peer reviews and assess claims based on available medical records.
- Provide advisory-only opinions without establishing a doctor-patient relationship.
- Review cases across selected services and case types according to scheduled availability.
- Use a web-based work portal to complete and submit determinations and reports.
- Coordinate with administrative support teams for case preparation, records management, and communication.
- Participate in an independent review workflow with quality and turnaround-time expectations.
Required
- Board certification in a physician specialty.
- Current, unrestricted medical license.
- At least 5 years of clinical practice experience.

- Experience conducting disability peer reviews.
