Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records and clinical case files in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Provide written clinical summaries and advisory opinions.
- Respond to specific questions submitted by clients.
- Participate in peer communications related to case review.
- Use a web-based work portal to access organized records and treatment guidelines.
- Follow administrative workflows to support timely completion of determinations and reports.
Required
- Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Current, unrestricted medical license.
- At least 5 years of clinical practice experience.
- Ability to complete required orientation and training.
- Maintenance of appropriate credentialing, state licenses, and certifications required for the role.
Preferred
- Experience with medical record review or utilization review work.
- Prior telework or remote consulting experience.
