Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records for endocrine-related clinical cases.

Required
- Board certification in Endocrinology.
- Current, unrestricted Indiana medical license.
- At least 5 years of clinical practice experience.
- Completion of required orientation and training.
- Maintenance of required credentialing, licenses, and certifications.
