This role focuses on remote diagnostic radiology chart review, with the clinician evaluating medical records, preparing clinical summaries, and answering client questions in an advisory-only setting. Work is centered on peer-to-peer communications and case review rather than direct patient care. The position is a 1099 independent contractor arrangement with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate medical records for diagnostic radiology cases.
- Provide clinical summaries and written determinations based on case materials.
- Answer specific questions submitted by clients.
- Engage in peer communications as part of the review process.
- Review organized case files, treatment guidelines, and supporting records through the online portal.
- Support timely completion of advisory-only reports and determinations.
Required
- Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
- At least 5 years of clinical practice experience.
- Current credentialing, state licensure, and any other required certifications or authorizations to perform the work.
- Participation in required orientation and training.

- Prior experience with medical record review or peer review work.
- Comfort working in a telework or remote contractor model.
