Key Responsibilities
- Review disability claims and associated medical records to provide independent peer review opinions
- Conduct advisory-only evaluations without establishing a doctor-patient relationship or providing treatment
- Assess cases within required turnaround times and deliver timely determinations or reports
- Use a structured online work portal to complete reviews and documentation
- Collaborate with administrative support teams that organize records, prep cases, and manage communication
- Participate in a streamlined review workflow focused on clinical decision-making
Required
- Board certification
- Current, unrestricted medical license
- At least 5 years of clinical practice experience
