Description

This fully remote role centers on reviewing dental and oral health cases, medical records, and clinical documentation to provide objective, evidence-based advisory opinions. The work is limited to chart review and written summaries, with no direct patient care, peer-to-peer calls, or treatment decisions. It is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of dental medical records and clinical documentation.
  • Provide clear, concise written summaries and advisory opinions on dental cases.
  • Respond to client questions related to dental care and treatment documentation.
  • Evaluate general dentistry cases, oral health conditions, and dental procedures.
  • Use an online work portal to complete assigned case reviews.
  • Coordinate with administrative support for organized case flow and communications.
  • Participate in initial training and ongoing support processes.
Required
  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental program.
  • Board certification, if applicable to area of practice.
  • Current, unrestricted Hawaii dental license.
  • At least 5 years of clinical dental experience.
  • Ability to attend required orientation and training sessions.
  • Strong written communication and objective clinical judgment.
Preferred
  • Experience reviewing dental medical records and clinical documentation.
  • Background in general dentistry or oral health case review.
