Provide fully asynchronous virtual care for patients with acute, primary, and longevity-related needs, including diagnosis, treatment, triage, and follow-up through messaging. The role centers on writing-based clinical work in an AI-assisted workflow, with a generalist approach to common issues such as rashes, refills, and chronic disease support. Clinicians also help shape care guidelines, peer review, and internal tools as the team scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct asynchronous patient visits over messaging for acute, primary, and longevity care concerns.
- Diagnose, treat, triage, and follow up on common clinical issues.
- Use AI-supported workflows to review history, refine the differential, and draft patient communication.
- Provide generalist care and direct patients to the next appropriate level of care when needed.
- Coordinate with clinical leaders on guidelines, peer review, and safety systems.
- Mentor newer clinicians and share best practices within the care team.
- Participate in feedback on workflow and clinical tools to improve the practice environment.
Required
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
- Membership in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact and an active IMLC Letter of Qualification.
- At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience.
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care, or a strong generalist mix.
- Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based care model.
- Strong written communication skills.
Preferred
- Active medical licenses in California, Florida, and/or New York.
- Prior telehealth, virtual-first, or direct-to-consumer healthcare experience.
- Experience incorporating longevity care into clinical practice.
- Prior use of AI tools in clinical practice.
- Background in emergency medicine or urgent care with strong triage instincts.
