Support the launch of a virtual pediatric behavioral health program by helping complete payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness work for Arizona. The role is focused on outpatient and telehealth behavioral health services, with future clinical opportunities possible as the program expands. This is a flexible contractor position within a tech-enabled care model.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
- Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
- Participate in meetings related to network expansion and market launch.
- Participate in user research interviews to understand the Arizona provider and patient landscape.
- Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions.
Required
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
- Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
- Arizona state residency.
Preferred
- Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings.
- Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment.
- Interest in supporting technology-enabled care delivery models.
