Provide one-on-one virtual guidance for members navigating fertility and family-building, offering evidence-informed education on fertility evaluation, testing, treatment options, and care pathways. The role focuses on helping members understand their choices and prepare for conversations with their own care teams, without diagnosing, prescribing, or directing care. It also involves quality review, documentation standards, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a remote digital health setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-informed guidance on fertility topics, including evaluation, testing, treatment options, and family-building pathways
- Conduct virtual one-on-one video sessions that educate members without diagnosing, prescribing, or directing care
- Stay current on reproductive health guidelines and regulatory trends in the U.S.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to support a safe, compliant member experience
- Collaborate with the Medical Experts team and cross-functional partners to deliver a consistent member experience
- Maintain reliable availability within a flexible weekly schedule during the contract engagement
Required
- Active U.S. license as an RN, NP, or PA
- At least 3 years of patient care experience in a fertility clinic or hospital clinic addressing reproductive health
- Ability to work independently in a confidential remote environment with reliable internet access
- Availability for approximately 15 hours per week during a 3-month contract engagement
Preferred
- Experience in third-party reproduction, urology, pregnancy, or menopause
- Experience in digital health or telehealth settings
- Prior contract or consulting experience with a quick ramp-up
- Fluency in an additional language
