Provide virtual pediatric urgent care for children and families, using home exam kits and near-instant access to support common acute needs in a telehealth setting. The role centers on evidence-based pediatric assessment and treatment, with collaboration across physicians and customer support to help deliver a coordinated parent experience. This is a 1099 contract role with evening, weekend, and holiday coverage expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric telehealth visits for acute and urgent care concerns.
- Provide evidence-based assessment, treatment recommendations, and follow-up guidance.
- Use home exam kits and virtual workflows to support clinical evaluation.
- Coordinate with physicians and customer support to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in evening, weekend, holiday, and surge coverage as scheduled.
- Support a high-access care model focused on timely parent communication and patient experience.
Required
- Board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Significant pediatric clinical experience.
- Active nursing/advanced practice license in at least one state.
- Ability to work as a 1099 contract clinician.
